We were able to visit the Yap-San Diego Ancestral House and Museum in Cebu City, Parian, just an hour drive away from my home. It's located near the oldest street in the Philippines, Colon Street. It has a caretaker that will guide you to different part of the house and you can take pictures as long as you are careful not to break anything.
